2025 marks the entry into the era of agentic AI : a key moment when artificial intelligence no longer simply assists... but acts autonomously. These new intelligent agents can analyze, plan and execute complex tasks in a matter of seconds, profoundly transforming the way businesses operate.
Aware of this revolution, Microsoft supports the startups that are building the agents of tomorrow, notably through its GenAI Studio program. And we're proud to announce that Klaimy is one of the 15 startups selected for this new edition!
So it's no coincidence that at least eleven of the 15 startups selected for the second Microsoft GenAI Studio in Paris 2025 have a clear Agentic AI ambition. Thunder Code designs autonomous agents to automate software testing, Blify develops multi-agent AI to coach managers in their day-to-day tools, Rounded Technology offers a platform for creating voice agents, and Klaimy develops intelligent agents capable of automatically reading, understanding and alerting on the basis of complex medical documents in the health and provident insurance sector.
Generative artificial intelligence is already transforming many sectors: healthcare, finance, education, industry... But for many startups, the transition from idea to concrete deployment remains a challenge, often hampered by a lack of resources, computing power or technical expertise. Specifically for startups with an ambition to develop AI agents, integration into customers' OS (Operating Systems) remains a major challenge. This is where Microsoft GenAI Studio comes in .
Launched in 2023, this program supports French startups developing products or services based on generative AI. It gives them access to :
● Azure platform andOpenAI APIs,
● Cloud resources tailored to their scalability needs,
● Personalized mentoring on tech, product and business issues,
● Co-innovation sessions with Microsoft experts,
● Increased visibility thanks to the Microsoft ecosystem (events, communication, partner opportunities, etc.).
● And integration into Microsoft OS via the marketplace
It's not just technological support, it's a complete gas pedal that helps ambitious projects reach a milestone.
Microsoft's ambition is strong: to support 2,500 AI startups by 2027 in France, in line with the French Tech support plan and European priorities for responsible innovation. This program is part of a broader drive to democratize the use of generative AI , while ensuring that it is useful, controlled and inclusive.
The second edition of the GenAI Studio, launched in March 2025, selected 15 promising startups, including Klaimy, to explore together the future of this disruptive technology.
In the face of still highly manual, slow and complex processes in the life and health insurance sector, Klaimy offers a technological breakthrough. Our solution? An intelligent virtual manager, capable of automatically processing massive volumes of medical documents, with unprecedented accuracy, speed and reliability.
Thanks togenerative AI, Klaimy doesn't just extract and structure data: it interprets, prioritizes information and recommends the best actions for underwriting teams. In seconds, where it used to take hours (or even days), Klaimy analyzes elements as complex as an electrocardiogram, a medical questionnaire or blood tests, and derives a clear, personalized, decision-oriented summary.
Our mission : to make insurance more fluid, faster and smarter, for insurers and their customers alike.
Our models are trained on insurance-specific business use cases, enabling fine-grained recognition of medical risks, detection of anomalies, and decision support in line with each customer's rules. Generative AI enables us to go even further, contextualizing each case, generating human-readable analyses, and providing directly activatable recommendations.
Concretely, this translates into:
● +2,000 processing hours saved with our first customer, ● 75% ROI in the first few months,
● and over 98% accuracy on extractions and recommendations.
Klaimy is proof that a virtual agent can transform a business as critical and regulated as health insurance, and that with generative AI, personalization and efficiency are no longer compromises, but standards.
Joining the Microsoft GenAI Studio means joining an ecosystem of excellence at the heart of AI innovation. For Klaimy, this means privileged access to the most advanced technical resources, such as OpenAI APIs or Microsoft Azure cloud services, to improve the robustness and scalability of our virtual agents. Selected startups benefit from up to $150,000 in Microsoft Azure credits, and access to over 1,800 AI models via Azure AI Foundry.
But it also means benefiting from tailor-made mentoring from Microsoft experts, to optimize our choices.
to refine our product strategy and secure our architectures as we grow.
In addition to technical support, the program connects us to Station F, the world's largest startup campus, where many French AI and deeptech startups are based. This opens the door to concrete synergies with other innovative players, meetings with investment funds, and enhanced visibility at key tech events (such as Vivatech or Microsoft Experiences Days).
By joining the GenAI Studio, Klaimy enters a new dimension : that of an impact startup, powered by responsible AI, ready to transform the world of personal insurance for good.
At Klaimy, we're convinced that artificial intelligence, when used properly, can simplify insurance, better protect people and reveal the full potential of data to serve the business. Being selected by Microsoft for the GenAI Studio is a key step that will enable us toaccelerate our development, strengthen our technology andextend our impact.
This partnership also marks the recognition of a vision driven by a new generation of startups, at the crossroads of tech, business expertise and augmented intelligence. We're ready to take on the challenges ahead, with a clear objective: to reinvent personal insurance, by making it smoother, faster and smarter.
